Hours of operation?

Glow will be welcoming guests from November 28th, 2019 to January 4th, 2020.

Will parking be made available?

Yes, the Expo Centre has spaces for over 3,000 guests. A parking fee of $10 applies.

How much does it cost to book a Private Party Room?

There are Room Booking and Guest Admission Fees required to reserve your room. The minimum number of people required to reserve a room is 20.

Room Fees start at $300 plus taxes for any weekday event and $500 plus taxes for any weekend dates. The Room Fee guarantees a 2-hour time slot for your group. Consecutive blocks may be booked by the same group, based on availability.

The Admission Fee provides full access for your guests to all of the Glow activations and display areas. Guests are welcome to stay as long they like after your Private Party Room reservation period has ended. Admission Fee Prices are as follows (taxes and fees included):

  • Weekend Adult: $27.88 each
  • Weekend Child/Senior: $21.42 each
  • Weekday Adult: $24.65 each
  • Weekday Child Senior: $19.27 each
  • Children 3 and Under are FREE.

Can I use the Season Pass offer for my guests and book the Private Party Room?

No. All guest passes must be purchased separately.

What’s included in the Private Party Room?

The room will include tables and chairs and will come decorated in basic holiday decor. We welcome our guests to bring your own party decorations to make the area your own.

Can I bring down my own decorations?

Yes! The room will be set up with basic holiday decorations. We encourage our guests to bring their own party supplies and decorate the room as they see fit.

What is the maximum capacity of the Private Party Room?

160 people.

How early can I have access to the Private Party Room for my scheduled reservation?

15 minutes prior.

After I reserve my Private Party Room, can I purchase more tickets if my guest-list increases leading up to my event date?

Absolutely! Once you’ve made your purchase, you will be given access to manage your booking online through Glow’s Guest Management System.

Can a private bar be set up in the Private Party Room?

Yes! We can arrange to provide a bartender in your room for no extra cost for a minimum of 50 people. We can set up a cash bar or open bar arrangement based on your preference. Either option would require you to connect with our Catering Manager in advance.

Are linens provided for the tables?

Yes. If you would like to rent linens for your event, we can put you in touch with our supplier upon request. Additional fees may apply.

Are Audio-Video services available to the room itself?

Yes. It is available from ShowTech. Please note there would be a rental fee involved.

Can I order a catered menu for my group?

Can the menu items be altered to meet any food allergy requirements or other food preferences?

Yes, we can connect you with our Catering Manager to address custom options for your group.

What are Glow Bucks?

No need for cash, simply use Glow Bucks to purchase everything your heart (and appetite) desires! Glow Bucks can be purchased in advance in $5, $10 and $20 denominations. Glow Bucks are valued at a $1 for $1 ratio and customers can redeem their Glow Bucks at any of our food vendors, the Glow bars or at any one of our Christmas market vendors. Any unused Glow Bucks can be returned for a full refund.

Can I bring in outside food & drinks?

Generally speaking, we do not allow outside food & drinks. However, we do make exceptions for birthday cakes or similar special dessert options.

Is Glow wheelchair & stroller accessible?

Yes! Our parking lot is paved which makes it accessible for strollers & wheelchairs. Once you are inside the venue, there are market paths (some with turf).

Free entry for caregivers accompanying their patients.

We want to make sure all caregivers get free access, you will be required to show proper identification identifying yourself as a caregiver/attendant as you accompany your patient. ID such as an Access2 card is valid. More information can be found here –
