Giveaway Period
The Giveaway begins at 12:01 AM PST on October 7th, 2021, and ends at 11:59 PM PST on December 19th, 2021. By entering this Giveaway, the entrant indicates his/her agreement to be bound by these Official Rules.
Prizes
Five (5) weekday Car Passes with Treats (the “Tickets”) to Glow Langley (the “Event”). One (1) winner will be randomly drawn on select dates during the Giveaway period to receive one (1) Car Pass with Treats (the “Prize”).
A Car Pass is valid for one vehicle with a maximum of 8 guests, including the driver. Vehicles NOT permitted: 12 & 16-seat vans, buses, moving trucks and limousines. No lowered vehicles with less than 7” clearance. These vehicles cannot navigate the narrow and winding route, bumps and overhanging decorations. Vehicles that WILL be granted entry: light trucks, SUV’s, 8-seat minivans, and sedans.
The Ticket is valid for a date and entry time chosen by the winner among the available weekdays for the duration of the Event. Prize must be accepted as is, one (1) weekday Car Pass with Treats to the Event location chosen at the time of signing up for the Giveaway. No ticket exchanges or refunds. Tickets hold no cash value. Any expenses associated with the Prize are the responsibility of the selected winners.

Eligibility
The Giveaway is open to legal residents of Canada, aged 18 and older as of the date of entry. Employees and representatives of Glow Gardens and members of their immediate families are not eligible for entry.
How to Enter
No purchase necessary to enter the Giveaway. One entry per person. Valid email address and sign-up to receive the Glow Gardens email newsletter are required. By entering the Giveaway, entrants agree to be sent an email newsletter with news, special offers, and other Giveaways. Entrants can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time. Unsubscribing from the newsletter during the Giveaway period makes the entry ineligible for any prize drawings conducted after the unsubscription.
How to Win
A random draw from all eligible entries for each Event location since the beginning of the Giveaway period will be conducted on the following dates:
- Monday, November 22, 2021
- Monday, November 29, 2021
- Monday, December 6, 2021
- Monday, December 13, 2021
- Monday, December 20, 2021
Winners will be contacted using the email address submitted when entering the Giveaway. Winners will have three (3) days to respond via email and claim their prize by choosing a date and entry time to the Event. Should the winner fail to respond, a new draw will be conducted from all eligible entries and a new winner will be randomly selected.
Glow Gardens reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process, violates the Official Rules, or acts with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.

Publicity
By entering the Giveaway, the winners authorize Glow Gardens to use, in any media (including the Internet) in perpetuity, their name, photograph and/or statement regarding the Prize for publicity and advertising purposes, without any compensation.
General
The Giveaway is subject to all applicable laws. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of the person who submitted any entry, the authorized account holder of the email account used for entry will be deemed to be the entrant.
