Customer Update: Dec 16th – New Opening Date
Friends of Glow Gardens,
We continue to follow the guidance of the Nova Scotia government, and as such, all events in the province are delayed until December 16th, at which time the Health Authority will monitor and re-evaluate its guidelines. This is a necessary step in the fight against this pandemic that has decided to make its way into our community once again.
✨ This is not a closure, only a pause.
Christmas Glow looks absolutely beautiful with our new theme, “Glow Around the World”, and we’re ready to delight you! We’ve worked very hard to bring you this exciting experience and we are so looking forward to having you join us. In fact, even if the opening continues to be delayed, this year’s theme can easily be transformed into a fantastic Winter Festival – we have the ability to operate until March, if ticket holders stand by us! We also have our creative team working on added programming and special events that you will not want to miss.
We are a local business trying to offer employment to staff, entertainers and suppliers who have all been hit hard. With 80% of the costs of the show committed, the show must go on. That’s why we sincerely appreciate your understanding while we work within the guidelines of the Health Authority to bring you some safe holiday cheer.

Please continue to support our team and reschedule your tickets. We promise, it’s an easy process, and we even have a little surprise waiting for you.
- Future ticket prices have increased, however, your ticket price will remain the same! Choose any available weeknight or weekend date that suits your schedule.
- There are no additional charges or service fees for the transfer.
- As an extra bonus for sticking by us, you will be given a complimentary Fun Food Ticket to be redeemed at our Glow Store.
Use your 16-digit order number and select your preferred date and entry time, to transfer your tickets. You will receive your new tickets at the email address you used to make your original purchase.
