CHRISTMAS GLOW SASKATOON
Christmas Glow got its start near Vancouver, BC in 2017 and has quickly grown to become an iconic, worldwide phenomenon, brightening 11 cities in 3 different countries and becoming renowned as one of the world’s largest indoor Christmas festivals. What better way to beat the cold than to enjoy all the magic and splendour of an outdoor festival hosted entirely indoors in a cozy and spacious venue. Thousands of twinkling lights fill Prairieland Park in a gorgeous display of imagination, interactive light gardens, and illuminated structures.
Kids in the family will be able to help the elves uncover Santa’s lost presents and frolic and climb on an impressive Magic Castle Playground. LED swings & Hopscotch provide fun for the entire family while an array of interactive hanging lights provide the perfect setting for that Instagram capture. Check out Glow’s notable Vendor Market for unique gift ideas from over 20 different local artisans and vendors. BHP’s Enchanted Forest
For two nights only, this annual holiday-must returns for its 21st year, produced by the Saskatoon Zoo Foundation and City Hospital Foundation. Noted for being one of the longest-running Christmas light shows in Canada, 80,000 people flock to this Christmas tradition event each year. Walk, drive, or take the trolley bus tour on this magical journey through nostalgia and wonder. This year includes the festivals newest light display, Starry Starry Nights—which promises to be an absolute hit with families of all ages.
In its 20 year history, BHP Enchanted Forest has raised a total approaching $4,000,000.00 shared between the Saskatoon Zoo Foundation and Hospital Foundation. Feel good about where your admission fee goes to while you explore this magical winter escape. Running from November 15 to January 4.

Mega Snow Christmas Show
Before Christmas Glow takes over Praireland Park, be sure to visit yet another seasonal kick-off that promises to be fun for the whole family.
The Mega Snow Christmas trade-show exclusively features local businesses, entrepreneurs, jewellers, crafters, and bakers not seen anywhere else providing you with the perfect opportunity to find that one-of-a-kind gift for that special someone. Over $2000 instant prizes are up for grabs, with swag bags and face painting for the little ones. 100 exhibitors will grace Hall B of the park this year in what is sure to be a festive and joyous weekend.

Festival of Trees
No Christmas event list is complete without a “Festival of Trees” making the cut, and Saskatoon is no exception. This beloved and annual event happens at the Western Development Museum between November 22 and November 30th, perfectly situated to kick-off your holiday season. The festival offers dozens of beautifully decorated trees to set the mood, while an incredible Gingerbread Lane display will capture your imagination. Kids can get their faces painted before visiting with Santa and grabbing that classic Christmas photo. Live storytelling also provides the perfect form of entertainment while you explore the museum attractions and an exciting Christmas Carnival with meet-and-greets and featured entertainer, Sprinkles the Clown.
