At Canada’s premium indoor holiday festival, you and your loved ones are invited to savour delicious foods, sip on holiday inspired drinks, shop for one-of-a-kind gifts, decorate cookies with Mrs Claus and enjoy story time with Santa himself – all beneath the glow of a million twinkling lights.
Yes, Santa will be onsite every day up until he heads back to the North Pole to get ready for his trip around the world the evening of December 24.
There is no limit on how long guests can stay at Glow Christmas, though the average guest stays for around 1 to 2 hours. Guests are free to stay and enjoy Glow Christmas for as long they’d like!

Yes, we will have a variety of food and drink options inspired by our ‘Around the World’ light theme (including alcoholic beverages)!

Yes, Glow Christmas is an indoor event.
As of right now there are no requirements or restrictions related to COVID-19, therefore there is no mandate to wear masks while at Glow Christmas.
We will have hand sanitizer locations situated throughout the event. In the event a staff member is feeling unwell, they will be asked to stay home and / or sent home from their shift.

Yes. Following the event, all personal lost and found articles are cataloged and stored for thirty (30) days with our Security Department. After that period, all articles are disposed of at the sole discretion of the Toronto Congress Centre.

Please note that the Toronto Congress Centre does not have wheelchairs or strollers available for rental, so please bring your own.

Coat racks will be available, but there are no onsite storage lockers.
The Toronto Congress Centre is not responsible for items left in coat check areas or on coat racks.
Yes, there are restrooms onsite.
Baby changing areas are available in the family and women’s restroom.
A private feeding area is also available in the women’s restroom for our new mom’s in attendance.
Yes, there is one (1) ATM in the lobby of the Toronto Congress Centre.
The Toronto Congress Centre offers over 6,000 free parking spaces from two major access points off of Dixon Road or Martin Grover Road.
Security will be onsite throughout the duration of the event.
Ticketing
Yes, but there is the chance that we will be sold out when you arrive, so it is highly recommended you purchase your tickets online in advance of coming to Glow Christmas to secure your date and time slot.
We’re sorry that you missed your preferred date or timing.
To ensure all our guests have enough time and space to enjoy Glow Christmas we have to limit the number of tickets we sell for each day and arrival window.
All tickets are sold on a first-come-first-served basis. Please visit the calendar to look for an alternative date or arrival window with available tickets.

Subject to availability, you can change the date of your tickets by doing the following:
● Go to: https://www.myzonetickets.com/transfer/create
● Enter your 16 digit order number (you can find this number on your receipt)
● Choose the new date (and time, if applicable)
● Click Request Transfer
What Next?
● If you receive a green bar that says: “Your ticket transfer is complete. New tickets will be emailed to you shortly.” – Check your email. Your new tickets will be delivered in the next 10-15 minutes.
● If you receive a green bar that says: “Your transfer request has been submitted. Please wait until our support team reviews it. Thank you!” – Wait patiently. Ticket transfer approvals can take anywhere up to 24 hours.
We cannot guarantee “last minute” transfers. Once approved, you will receive your new tickets via email. Please discard your original tickets as they have been voided and no longer valid.
Refunds are not available for unused or extra tickets, you can transfer unused tickets to attend another date or give them away as gifts to friends and family.
All sales are final, with the following exceptions:
● If an event is canceled or postponed, you are eligible for a refund for the face value of the ticket. Please submit an email inquiry within five days of the originally scheduled event requesting a refund.
● If you are unable to make your originally scheduled date, you can change your tickets to another date. Additional charges may apply if you select a more expensive time slot.
Unforeseen circumstances beyond our control will not be grounds for a refund, including but not limited to the following: local or national weather conditions and natural disasters, waiting in lines, family and medical emergencies.
Glow Christmas event staff and security have the right to refuse entry to any ticket holder, without a refund, for any reason at their discretion, including but not limited to: disorderly behavior, intoxication, venue capacity, breach of security restrictions
Service Fees are not refundable under any circumstances.
Refunds are not available for unused or extra tickets, you can transfer unused tickets to attend another date or give them away as gifts to friends and family.
To ensure your safety, entry to the event is staggered. Time slots are provided so that you and your family can enjoy all the features at Glow Christmas without crowding. If you happen to arrive outside of your stated arrival time, we will give priority to those customers whose times match their time slots first, to alleviate any capacity issues. Visitors can enter Glow Christmas at their designated ticketing time and stay as long as they’d like!
As with most events, there is a small fee for all the products and services associated with creating and executing a ticketing system. We work hard to keep these charges to a minimum, while still providing a convenient purchasing system for our visitors.
